How to link additional stores to your subscription

With the Advanced subscription plan, you can link any additional stores in your organization to your primary store’s Espresso subscription, allowing free installation for the linked stores. Linked stores in your organization may also participate in publish rules to share data between them.

If you have already signed up for individual subscriptions for any of the additional stores you define, those subscriptions will be automatically canceled when you visit the app in that store. Conversely, if you remove a linked store from your primary store’s list, the store will be prompted to renew its subscription the next time Espresso is launched.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to link additional stores to your primary store:

Step 1: Navigate to the app settings

In the left sidebar in the admin, click on Setting and then click on Stores in the menu.
