Bulk Apply Changes

One of the most powerful features in Espresso is the Bulk Apply button. It allows you to make changes in bulk to all objects or only those in your filtered view, all at once. The options in the bulk apply menu are tailored to the specific column type, providing editing tools perfectly suited to the task at hand.

The Bulk Apply button is represented by a lightning bolt icon next to each column header. Clicking it will present you with the bulk editing options available for that specific column:

All changes made with the Bulk Apply button will be applied to all objects in the current view. To narrow down the affected products, you can apply filters to the view.

Remember to save any changes to the draft by clicking the “Save” button at the top of the page.

Remove Changes in Bulk

You can also remove changes in bulk using the Bulk Apply button. When changes have been made to one or more rows in a column, an additional “Remove Changes” option will appear in the bulk apply menu.
