Set Up Filters

Filtering your products in the editor is simple and makes it easier to apply your changes efficiently.

Find the column you want to filter on and click on the header. You will then be presented with filter options based on the selected column's data type.

Espresso automatically retrieves all existing values in the column and suggests filters for you, along with a count of how many products match each selection. You can choose to filter products by any of the selected values, all of the selected values, or even exclude certain values.

All applied filters are displayed both in the column header and above the editor grid. You can remove individual filters by clicking on them or clear all filters using the “Clear” button.
