Schedule an Edit

Instead of publishing changes to your store immediately, you can schedule them to be published at a later time. This is ideal for preparing in advance for upcoming campaigns or sales events.

On the top right of the editor page, you can click on the "Publish changes" button.

If you click on the dropdown menu set to "Publish now", you change it to "Schedule". You will then get a calendar and time widget to select when Espresso should publish your changes. Espresso automatically uses the time zone set in your store's settings.

Once confirmed, you’ll be redirected to the edits list, where your scheduled edit will be displayed. Using the “Select” menu on the far right, you can reschedule or cancel the edit as needed.

Espresso will then automatically publish your edit at the selected date and time.
